الجودة في التعليم الجامعي وآليات ضمانها داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي

الملخص
الملخص :ترتبط مؤسسات التعليم العالي في وقتنا الحاضر على مبادئ الجودة و إدارة الجودة ، والتي تعبر بدورها عن جوهر التعليم والتربية بما في ذلك كل أبعادها من مدخلات وعمليات ومخرجات وتغذية راجعة، وكذلك التفاعلات المتواصلة التي تؤدي إلى تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة واللازمة. وعليه حرصت العديد من هذه المؤسسات بكل دول العالم المختلفة إلى تبني الجودة في التعليم كمنحنى ومنهج للعمل قادر على تطوير العملية التعليمية ومن ثمة النظام التعليمي والتربوي بغية الحفاظ على ثقة العملاء ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي من جهة،ومن جهة أخرى إرضاء جميع توقعات المستفيدين من أساتذة و إداريين وطلاب و أولياء وغيرهم بالشكل الذي يضمن إرساء قاعدة من القيم والمبادئ و بناء ثقافة عميقة كفيلة بتحسين كفاءة و فاعلية التكوين داخل هذه المؤسسات الجامعية. الكلمات المفتاحية:الجودة ،الجودة الشاملة ،التعليم الجامعي،مؤسسات التعليم العالي،جودة التعليم الجامعي.
