الملخص
تعتبر الممتلكات الثقافية الموجودة في مختلف دول العالم شواهد على قيام العمران والحضارات، إلا أن كثرة الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة ألحقت أضرارا بهذه المعالم، مما استوجب إحداث آليات قانونية دولية ومحلية تعمل على حمايتها. وتعتبر اليونسكو إحدى أهم هذه الآليات المساهمة في حماية الممتلكات الثقافية زمن النزاعات المسلحة، حيث سنتناول جهود هذه المنظمة في هذا المجال. Abstract : The cultural property which mocks at the various world countries . historical and scientific tombstones, of exceptional value, indicate the Amara of land and the establishment of a sophisticated civilizations across different ages. But many wars and armed conflicts have caused devastating damage to these landmarks, which necessitated the events of legal ; international and local mechanisms to protect this property.UNESCO is one of the most important of these mechanisms contributing to the Protection of Cultural Property in the coming days. We will address in this article to the efforts of this Organization in this area.
