الملخص
L’objectif de cette étude est d’identifier la contribution des compétences humaines à la réalisation d’un avantage compétitif au sein des entreprises économiques algériennes tout en démontrant leur importance pour atteindre l'excellence et la créativité et contribuer à créer un avantage compétitif. Pour atteindre cet objectif, un questionnaire a été préparé et distribué à l'échantillon de l'étude (le personnel de Mobilis région de Chlef) en utilisant le programme SPSS pour analyser les données et déterminer la relation entre la disponibilité des compétences humaines et l'avantage compétitif. The objective of this study is to identify the contribution of human skills to the achievement of a competitive advantage within Algerian economic enterprises while demonstrating their importance to achieve excellence and creativity and to contribute to creating a competitive advantage. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the study sample (Mobilis staff from Chlef region) using the SPSS program to analyze the data and determine the relationship between the availability of human skills and competitive advantage. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على مدى مساهمة الكفاءات البشرية في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، من خلال تبيان ما لها من أهمية في تحقيق التميز والإبداع والمساهمة في خلق ميزة تنافسية، فمن أجل الوصول لهذا الهدف تم إعداد استبيان وتوزيعه على أفراد عينة الدراسة (عمال مؤسسة موبيليس ناحية الشلف)، واستخدمنا برنامج (SPSS) الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات ومعرفة مدى العلاقة والارتباط بين توافر الكفاءات البشرية و الميزة التنافسية.
