فاعلية نشاط القراءة لدى الطفل في الفضاءات المكتبية- بين الميول الذاتية و المكتسبات المعرفية-

الملخص
تعدّ القراءة من العمليات المعقدة التي تستدعي مجموعة من المهارات لتدخل في كثير من العمليات العقلية كالفهم و التذكر و الاستنتاج و التقويم، و قد درج بعض فقهاء التربية على تعريف القراءة بأنها : تَعرّفٌ و فهمٌ و استبصارٌ، فالقراءة ليست مجرد تعرف أو إدراك بصري للرموز و إنما هي إدراك للعلاقات و تصور للنتائج و المعاني الخفية عن طريق آلية الاستبصار. هذه النقاط لا تتأتى إلا عن طريق إعداد قارئ جيد قادر على التعامل مع النصوص المكتوبة، و القيام بالمهارات القرائية على أكمل وجه، و هذا بتوفير مكتبات خاصة للمطالعة تهتم بكل الفئات العمرية و على رأسها الطفل باعتباره اللبنة الأساسية للمجتمع و بذرته الأولى، و الجزائر واحدة من هاته الدول التي أولت اهتماما بارزا بهاته الفضاءات العمومية لما لها من دور فعال في إثراء معرفة و تنشئة الطفل من خلال أهدافها التعليمية ؛ و من هذا المنطلق جاءت ورقتنا البحثية لتجيب على بعض التساؤلات منها: ما دور المكتبات العمومية في تنمية الميول القرائية لدى الطفل بالجزائر؟ ما العلاقة بين المكتبات الوطنية و المدرسة في ظل التنمية المستدامة؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: نشاط القراءة/ الفضاء المكتبي/ الميول القرائي/ تنشئة الطفل/ المكتسبات المعرفية The effectiveness of reading activity with children in library spaces between personal tendency and cognitive acquisition. Reading is considered as a complex process which provides a group of skills that include many processes such as understanding,remembering, deducing and evaluating. Some education scientists define reading as: precognition, recognizing, comprehension ; reading is not only a recognition and a visual perception of signs but it is the perception of relations and the vision of results and hidden meanings throughout the precognition mechanism. These elements can't be set except through preparing a good reader; able to deal with written texts, and do all reading skills in a perfect way by providing special libraries for people of different ages especially children since they are the seed of society. Algeria is one of the countries that were deeply interested in public spaces due to their active role in enriching the knowledge and the upbringing of children thanks to their educative objectives. From this perception comes my worksheet to answer some questions such as: What is the role of public libraries in the development of reading tendency with children? What is the relationship between national libraries and schoolin the shade of sustainable development.
