Impact D’une Politique Restrictive Des Importations Sur L’economie Algerienne

Résumé
ABSTRACT The purpose of this article is the study of the impact of Algeria's import-restrictive policy to cope with the negative effects of the global drop in the price of oil in 2014-2016. The study was carried out on the basis of 1989 - 2016 data using the "scenario" technique of the SEM simultaneous equations model. The impact of the restrictive import policy, according to the results, seems to be reflected much more in decreasing consumption, public expenditure and GDP without any effect oninvestment. Jel classification: E60, C30, C15. ملخص يتناول هذا المقال تأثير سياسة الاستيراد المقيدة للواردات في الجزائر لمواجهة الآثار السلبية للتراجع العالمي لسعر النفط في 2014-2016. أجريت هذه الدراسة على أساس بيانات عام 1989 - 2016 باستخدام تقنية "السيناريو" لنموذج المعادلات الآنية SEM. وفقا للنتائج ، يبدو أن تأثير سياسة الاستيراد المقيدة ، ينعكس بدرجة أكبر في خفض الاستهلاك ، النفقات العمومية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي دون أي تأثير على الاستثمار. الكلمات المفتاحية: السياسة الاقتصادية ، SEM ، سيناريوهات. تصنيف جيل: E60 ، C30 ، C15.
