الملخص
الملخص: تواجه المؤسسات الإنتاجية في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية تحديات كثيرة ، مما شكل لها صعوبات تعيق تطورها وتقدمها في السوق المحلية وحتى الدولية، وهذا راجع لعديد من الأسباب من بينها تعرض بعض وسائل الإنتاج (الآلات و المعدات) إلى أعطال و إختلالات التي بدورها تحد من سيرورة العملية الإنتاجية، وبالتالي تحد من إنتاجيتها وكفاءتها، وهذا ما يؤثر حتما على ربحية المؤسسة وسمعتها، لهذا تطلب الأمر البحث عن أساليب وأدوات لمعالجة تلك الإختلالات والتوقفات المبرمجة وغير المبرمجة. وفي ظل هذه الأهمية تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على الواقع العملي لتقييم أثر تكلفة الصيانة على ربحية مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ربحية هذه المؤسسة يتأثر إيجابا بمستوى التحسن في أداء الصيانة، وهو ما يساعد على التحكم أكثر في تكاليف الصيانة. Abstract: The productive enterprises in the Algerian Business Environment face many challenges, which have posed obstacles to their development and progress in the local and international markets. This is due to a number of reasons, including the exposure of some means of production (machinery and equipments) to malfunctions and breakdowns which in turn limit the process of production. Thus, the limitation of the productivity and efficiency of the equipments and machinery inevitably affects the profitability and then the reputation of the enterprises, so it is necessary to search for methods and tools to help handling these breakdowns and under-functioning. This paper comes to shed light on the practical reality to assess the impact of the cost of maintenance on the profitability of Hodna Mills Enterprise. The study concluded that the level of profitability of this enterprise is positively affected by the level of improvement in maintenance performance and this can help to control the costs of maintenance.
