اخلاقيات مهنة الأستاذ الجامعي واهميتها في تحسين قدرات الطلبة

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن اخلاقيات مهنة الأستاذ الجامعي وعلاقتها بتحسين مستوى الطلبة والكشف عن اخلاقيات مهنة التدريس الجامعي وما تعود به على الطلبة من تحسين المستوى والقدرات، وتعد أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم من أهم الموجهات المؤثرة في سلوك المربي لأنها تشكل لديه رقيبا داخليا وتزوده بأطر مرجعية ذاتية يسترشد بها في عمله، ويقوم أداء وعلاقاته مع الآخرين تقويما ذاتيا يعينه على اتخاذ القرارات الحكيمة التي يحتاجها ليكون أكثر انسجاماً وتوافقاً مع ذاته ومع مهنته، ومع الآخرين. كما ان الالتزام بتلك الأخلاقيات أمر ضروري وواجب، إذ يتحدد مقدار انتماء المربي لمهنته بموجب درجة التزامه بقواعد تلك المهنة ومراعاتها في جميع الأحوال والمواقف وبهذا الاعداد يمكن تحسين مستوى التدريس الجامعي ومستوى الطلبة وتحسين مستوى التحصيل الجامعي وضمان الجودة. The aim of this study is to reveal the ethics of the university professor's profession and its relation to improving the level of students and revealing the ethics of the university teaching profession and what it brings to the students to improve the level and abilities. The ethics of the education profession is one of the most important guidelines influencing the behavior of the educator because it has an internal supervisor, Guided by his work, and performance and relations with others self-assessment to help him make the wise decisions he needs to be more harmonious and in harmony with himself and his profession, and with others. The commitment to such ethics is necessary and necessary. The degree of belonging of the educator to his profession is determined by the degree of his commitment to the rules of the profession and its observance in all situations and positions. In this preparation, the level of university teaching and the level of students can be improved
