الملخص
تعتبر هذه المحاولة البحثية في سوسيولوجيا التنظيم، حاولنا فيها أن نسلّط الضوء على التنظيم من خلال المقاربة البنائية الوظيفية بشقيها الكلاسيكي والحديث، محاولين التلخيص قدر الإمكان لمختلف الزوايا البنائية الوظيفية من خلال عرض لأهم رواد هذا المدخل المنهجي الذي ساهم بقسط كبير في فهم الظاهرة التنظيمية من خلال مفهومي البناء والوظيفة، وكذلك النسق عند تالكوت بارسونز، و الإختلالات والبدائل الوظيفية لروبرت ميرتون، كما اخترنا بعض الإسهامات الأخرى في نفس المقاربة. This research attempt in the sociology of organization, where we tried to shed light on the organization through the approach of structural functionalism in both classical and modern, trying to summarize as much as possible to different aspects of structural functional by presenting the most important pioneers of this methodological approach, Through the concepts of construction and function, as well as the pattern at Talcott Parsons, and the imbalances and functional alternatives of Robert Merton, and we chose some other contributions in the same approach..
