تمكيـــــن المرأة و جدليــــــة ترسيخ الهويــــــــــة الثقافية في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
إن تكوين الإنسان من أجل تنمية مستدامة هو السلاح الذي يحقق الانتعاش الحضاري، و التوعية العامة اليوم بأهمية المرأة و دورها كشريك فاعل في جميع مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية هو الرهان الحقيقي للدفع بعجلة التنمية قدما على أن يتم ذلك في إطار من المرجعية الثقافية المبينة لهويتنا الوطنية و يقتضي موضوع إرساء الهوية الثقافية الوطنية وعي و معرفة بتاريخ مجتمعنا الجزائري ،لأن الوضع الثقافي الراهن وليد تداعيات و أحداث سابقة لا يمكن تجاهلها و كذلك إرهاصات راهنة ومدخلات ناتجة عن قوى العولمة، و من العبث أن نحدد أولوية الوصول إلى التنمية والتطور هــــــــدفا على حساب الهوية والروح الثقافية والتاريخية للمجتمع، ومن أجل ذلك فان تمكين المرأة سياسيا يحتاج إلى مرونة أكثر وتوفر إرادة وجهود مضنية وعقلانية تطبق على جميع المستويات والمجالات. Abstract The formation of man for sustainable development is the weapon of cultural revival, and the public awareness of the importance of women and their role as an active partner in all areas of social life is the real bet to push forward development in the context of preserving the national and cultural identity of the nation, the issue of establishing national and cultural identity requires a strong perception and awareness of the history of Algerian society, because the current cultural situation is only the result of deep accumulations that cannot be ignored or denied, as well as new developments and inputs that are the result of the forces of globalization that cannot be escaped or neutralized. But it is pointless to define the priority of access to development, evolution and the liberalization of women as strategic objectives at the expense of identity, cultural and historical spirit of society. Therefore, the empowerment of women politically requires more flexibility and availability of hard and rational will and effort applied at all levels and fields. .
