الملخص
تطبق استرتيجية المناولة الصناعية في العديد من دول العالم لما لها من أهمية أهمية كبيرة في تحقيق التنمية الصناعية من خلال استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتوفير الظروف التي تهيئ تحقيق ميزة تنافسيه للإنتاج برفع جودته وأحداث التكامل بين قطاع الصناعات الكبيرة وقطاع الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مما يؤدي إلى خلق فرص عمل للفئات المستهدفة للمساهمة في حل مشكلة البطالة، حيث تعتبر المناولة الصناعية الباعث الأساسي لتطور حركية و تعداد المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة التي تعمل على تغذية الصناعات الكبرى من خلال مناولتها للنشاطات الثانوية لها أو أجزاء من منتوجها. ولهذا سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز دور المناولة الصناعية كآلية داعمة لإنشاء و ترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، حيث سنسلط الضوء على تماشي إستراتيجية المناولة الصناعية مع طبيعة المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة من حيث أشكالها و تخصصها و مدى أهمية المناولة في تشجيع إنشاء الم.ص.م و تحسين قدرتها التنافسية. The industrial subcontracting is applied in many countries around the word due to its great importance in achieving industrial development through the use of modern technology and providing the conditions that will give production the competitiveness characteristic, by improving the quality and creating complementarities between big industries ‘sector, small and medium industries, which will create work opportunities and will participate in resolving the problem of unemployment. The industrial subcontracting is considered as an important element for the development, changes and diversification in small and medium business that sustains big industries by subcontract its secondary activities or parts of its products. We are about to show, through this research, the role of the industrial subcontracting as a support mechanism for the creation and promotion of small and medium enterprises, by highlighting the accordance of industrial subcontracting strategy with the nature of small and medium business, in term of forms and specialization, as well as the importance of subcontracting in encouraging the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises and improving their competiveness ability.
