اقتراح بطاقة مدرسية للكشف عن الطلبة الموهوبين

الملخص
تمثّل شريحة الموهوبين والمتميّزين أهم ثروة من الثروات التي تملكها المجتمعات المتقدّمة إذا تمّ توظيفها واستثمارها بما يحقّق تطلعات وغايات تلك المجتمعات والدول، وبالتالي أصبح من دواعي الاهتمام التفكير في كيفية استكشاف الموهوبين والمتميّزين، والبحث عن سبل رعايتهم وتربيتهم من خلال إخضاعهم لبرامج تدريبية تنمّي قدراتهم، وتعمل على ترشيد طاقاتهم، بما يخدم مجتمعاتهم ويساهم في تطوّرها وتقدّمها. وعليه، تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتعرض نموذجا لبطاقة مدرسية مقترحة كأداة للكشف عن الطلبة الموهوبين والمتميّزين، يستعين بها المرشدين والمدرسين لوضع البرامج التعليمية والتدريبية والإرشادية لتنمية هذه المواهب. The section of talented and distinguished people represents the most important wealth of the developed societies if they are used and invested to achieve the aspirations and goals of these societies and countries, It is therefore interesting to think about how to explore talented and distinguished people and to look for ways to nurture them through training programs that develop their abilities, It works to rationalize their energies to serve their societies and contribute to their development and advancement. Accordingly, This paper presents a model of a proposed school card model as a tool to identify talented and distinguished students, Which are used by mentors and teachers to develop educational, training and mentoring programs to develop these talents.
