الملخص

This study aims in general to identify the extent of reliance in evaluating the performance of the 'Electricity and Gas' company on the method "balanced performance card" from the perspective of respondents(or researchers). this study reached to several conclusions expressed that there are no significant differences (in the test of significance) in the evaluation of organizational performance by using balanced performance card method in this company
