Journal of law and local development is an international scientific journal, hexagonal and free, issued by the loboratory of law and local development - university ahmed draya adrar, Algeria. The magazine is interested in the field of legal and political sciences. The magazine is published in both print and electronic issues and is available for reading and downloading. It opens a space for all those with scientific capabilities to contribute to its preparation in one of the emerging issues related to its field of specialization every January and Joan This magazine seeks to be at the level of the aspirations of the national and international university elite by making it a knowledge platform through which serious research and studies are published that contribute to providing scientific additions in the field of law and political science. The magazine also seeks to serve as a platform that brings together the various elites of the Algerian, Arab and international universities, in addition to creating bridges of academic knowledge between professors and research students, with the magazine's issues and scientific problems that constitute major knowledge concerns at the level of academic research in the field of law and political science Thus, the magazine seeks to provide many original and distinguished studies and research that would be a breakthrough towards new research in the field of law and political science. The magazine has a editorial committee from various national and international universities, and it also has a scientific committee with competent professors in the field of law and political science from various national and international universities. مجلة القانون والتنمية المحلية مجلة علمية دولية محكمة سداسية ومجانية تصدر عن مخبر القانون والتنمية المحلية بجامعة احمد دراية - أدرار الجزائر تهتم المجلة بمجال العلوم القانونية والسياسية ، توفر المجلة منصة اكاديمية للباحثين للمساهمة في العمل المبتكر في هذا المجال ببحوث اصيلة معروضة بدقة وموضوعية بشكل علمي يطابق مواصفات المقالات المحكمة ، يتم نشر المجلة في كل من الاصدارات المطبوعة والالكترونية وهي متاحة للقراءة والتحميل تفتح فضاء لجميع اصحاب القدرات العلمية للمساهمة في اعدادها في احد المواضيع المستجدة المتعلقة بمجال تخصصها كل سداسي شهر جانفي وشهر جوان تسعى هذه المجلة بأن تكون في مستوى تطلعات النخبة الجامعية الوطنية والدولية من خلال جعلها منبرا معرفيا تُنشر من خلاله الأبحاث والدراسات الجادة والتي تساهم في تقديم الإضافات العلمية في حقل الحقوق والعلوم السياسية. كما تسعى المجلة الى أن تكون بمثابة المنبر الذي يجمع بين مختلف نخب الجامعة الجزائرية والعربية والدولية، بالإضافة إلى خلق جسور المعرفة الاكاديمية بين الأساتذة والطلبة الباحثين وذلك بما تطرحه المجلة من القضايا والمشكلات العلمية التي تشكل الانشغالات المعرفية الكبرى على مستوى البحوث الأكاديمية في ميدان الحقوق والعلوم السياسية ، وبهذا تسعى المجلة الى توفير العديد من الدراسات والأبحاث الاصيلة والمتميزة التي من شأنها أن تكون انطلاقة نحو أبحاث جديدة في حقل الحقوق والعلوم السياسية. للمجلة لجنة تحرير من مختلف الجامعات الوطنية والدولية ، كما ان لها لجنة علمية ذات اساتذة اكفاء في ميدان الحقوق والعلوم السياسية من مختلف الجامعات الوطنية والدولية ترسل المقالات من موقع المجلة في البوابة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية
