الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إللى تسليط الضوء على، التحليل العاملي لبعض المهارات الأساسية لإنتقاء ناشئ كرة القدم (14–12سنة) لبعض أندية كرة القدم بولاية الجلفة ، و بعد تطبيق بطارية إختبار تم إستنتاج مايلي : - تم قبول وتفسير ثلاث عوامل للمهارات الأساسية ، تم تحديد مستويات معيارية لوضع درجات وتقييم مستويات المهارات الأساسية لإنتقاء لاعبي كرة القدم ( 14 – 12 سنة ) .

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة التأثيرية بين القيادة الاستراتيجية والولاء التنظيمي على مستوى مسيري المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية الوادي، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 68 استمارة استبيان على مدراء المؤسسات وكان عدد الاستبيانات الصالحة للتحليل 39 استبانة. وبتحليل الاستبانات ببرنامج SPSS V26 وتفسير النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج تفيد أن القيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها الثلاثة (الرؤية، التركيز، التنفيذ) للمؤسسات محل الدراسة ليس لها أثر ايجابي في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي للموظفين وذلك لعدة أسباب.

الملخص: الملخص: تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول رؤية تحليلية لإشكالية التغير الاجتماعي للحداثة وما بعدها وفق مساءلة نقدية فلسفية وسوسيولوجية، يتم من خلالها شرح الحداثة الغربية في مسيرتها وانتقالها من مرحلتها الأولى المتميزة بالصلابة والتي دشنها عصر التنوير، إلى زمنها الثاني المتسم بالسيولة وسرعة التغير. مع التركيز على توصيف الوضع الإنساني المعاصر في مرحلة السيولة، وفق إشكال يتموضع في صميم الراهن بامتياز وهو راهن التغير الاجتماعي في ظل الوضع الإنساني الحديث في ظل فلسفة ما بعد الحداثة. من خلال بحث في المنطلقات الفلسفية والمعرفية للمشروع الحداثي وتحليل التغيرات الاجتماعية المصاحبة له مع الوقوف على التحولات التي يخضع لها إنسان اليوم. الكلمات المفتاحية: التغير، التحول، الحداثة، الإنسان، السائلة. The emphasis is placed on describing the contemporary human condition in the fluid phase, a crucial aspect of the current state of social change within the modern human experience, within the framework of postmodern philosophy. This research delves into the philosophical and epistemological underpinnings of the modern project and analyzes the social changes that accompany it, while also examining the shifts experienced by individuals in today's world.

الملخص: تهدف دراستنا إلى الإلقاء الضوء على جانب مهم من القضايا الهامة والبارزة في موروثنا الثقافي الجزائري، ضمن رؤية سوسيوثقافية في بعدها الثقافي الذي يجسده نمط اللباس التقليدي وكيفية المحافظة عليه في ظل الحداثة وما أفرزت عنه جملة من الأسباب والدوافع الخاصة بزي الأفراح والمناسبات للمرأة الجزائرية. فكانت محاور دراستنا على النحو الآتي: التراث الثقافي للمجتمع الجزائري آليات حمايته، حول ماهية التراث الثقافي: جدلية الزوال والاستمرار، جينولوجيا الملابس والأزياء والحلي العربية، أنموذج القفطان لباس جزائري تقليدي ، حماية التراث الثقافي الجزائري: الخطاب والواقع. Our study aims to shed light on an important aspect of the important and prominent issues in our Algerian cultural heritage within the socio-cultural vision in its cultural dimension, which is embodied in the traditional dress pattern and how to preserve it in light of modernity, and what resulted from it, a number of reasons and motives for the dress of weddings and occasions for Algerian women. The axes of our study were as follows: The cultural heritage of Algerian society, the mechanisms of its protection, about the nature of cultural heritage: the dialectic of transience and continuity, the geneology of Arab clothing, fashion and ornaments, the caftan model as a traditional Algerian dress, the protection of Algerian cultural heritage: discourse and reality.

الملخص: تعد ظاهرة نقد الاستشراق قديمة في تاريخ الفكر العربي، بداية من مفكري النهضة إلى وقتنا الحالي حيث أخذ الاستشراق حيزا واسعا من اهتمام المفكرين العرب، وذلك لأنه يندرج بصورة مباشرة ضمن إشكالية الجدل بين الأنا والآخر لكن هذا النقد أخذ صورا متعددة، تبعا لاختلاف المناهج و الدوافع،و منه يهدف هذا المقال إلى معالجة مناهج نقد الاستشراق لدى ثلاثة مفكرين بارزين هم: محمـد البهي، أنور عبد الملك، حسن حنفي، والبحث في الدوافع التي تأسس عليها موقف هؤلاء. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها أن تعامل هؤلاء المفكرين مع الاستشراق خاضع لتكوينهم المنهجي والثقافي ،كما أن مشاريعهم الفكرية كانت متعددة منها الدينية ، السياسية، الحضارية. ABSTRACT The phenomenon of criticism of Orientalism is ancient in the history of Arab thought, from the thinkers of the Renaissance to our present time, when Orientalism took a wide range of attention from Arab thinkers, because it falls directly within the problem of the debate between the self and the other, but this criticism took multiple forms, depending on the different approaches and motives. From this, this article aims to address the methods of criticism of Orientalism by three prominent thinkers: Muhammad al-Bahi, Anwar Abd al-Malik, and Hassan Hanafi, and to examine the motives on which the position of each of these was based. One of the results reached is that these thinkers' dealings with Orientalism are subject to their methodological and cultural formation, just as their intellectual projects were multiple, including religious, political, and civilized. الملخص: الملخص: تعالج الدّراسة قضية مهمة في فكر إخوان الصفا، والمتمثّلة في العلاقة بين الدّين والفلسفة، أو الحكمة والشريعة، ورغم أنها قضية كلاسيكية في الفكر الإسلامي، حيث طرحها العديد من الفلاسفة قبلهم سواء في المشرق من خلال الفرابي وابن سينا، والمغرب من خلال ابن رشد وابن طفيل، مع ذلك سوف نتناول قضية التوفيق عند إخوان الصفا، من خلال تقديم قراءة جديدة على غرار القراءات السابقة، فقد جعلوها محور اهتمامهم وفلسفتهم، ولم يسيروا مثل سابقيهم، فلم يغلبوا الدين على الفلسفة مثلما فعل الكندي، ولم يغلبوا الفلسفة على الدين مثلما فعلت المعتزلة، بل هدفهم نزع التعارض بين الدين والفلسفة، وإثبات أن غايتهما ومصدرهما واحد، وذلك من خلال ركائز تمثلت في: براهين وجود الله، فكرة النّبي، فكرة الظاهر والباطن، والتأويل.

Environmental Media through the Algerian Written Press

Résumé: The environment is essential as one of the elements of economic and social development. At the same time, it is one of the elements threatened by industrial investment, urbanization, and human waste. In other words, man's relationship with the environment is essential and characterized by a kind of privacy. Therefore, there is a need to spread people's environmental culture to preserve natural resources and the rights of future generations to natural wealth. This has contributed to the emergence of environmental media that addresses environmental news and realities and provides people with an enabling form of opinion on environmental issues. It also promotes environmental awareness of different social groups through various media vessels written, audiovisual and digital means of social networking and electronic newspapers. Through this study, we seek to gauge media interest in Algeria's environmental topics through written newspapers as a model. We have used the analysis of content in quantitative and quantitative terms of Algerian Daily Al-Shorouk newspaper to address environmental topics and issues throughout 2021. The results of the study agreed with various Arab studies and some African studies that are in the same direction in emphasizing the weak media interest in the environment given the complexity of the subject and its overlap with many economic and political variables.

Physical education and sports and their relationship to psychological anxiety among students in the secondary stage, the state of Annaba as a model

الملخص: ABSTRACT The researcher dealt with this topic :Physical education and sports and its relationship to psychological anxiety in an important stage of the student's life, which is the secondary stage, which would increase the severity of general anxiety in adolescents, and the general goal is the importance that physical education and sports provide in reducing their psychological anxiety, and the descriptive approach was used using the questionnaire tool, as it represented the original community withdrawn from the sample and the community of our research was the students of the baccalaureate, estimated at 1175 students. Taken from high schools in the state of Annaba, the sample was also randomly selected because it gives equal opportunities to all members of society, at the level of secondary schools of the municipality of Hajjar, Annaba state, and the number of forms distributed reached 336, but only 308 forms were accepted, because the rest 13 forms were canceled and 15 did not get them, it was found from the analysis of the results obtained in this study that physical education and sports have an impact on reducing the percentage of psychological anxiety among baccalaureate students during the class and outside its times, so it must be known that the physical education share Mathematics has a role in alleviating psychological anxiety among baccalaureate students. الملخص : تناول الباحث موضوع: التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بالقلق النفسي في مرحلة مهمة من مراحل حياة التلميذ وهي مرحلة الطور الثانوي والتي من شأنها أن تزيد من حدة القلق العام عند المراهق، والهدف العام هو الاهمية الذي تقدهما التربية البدنية والرياضية في التقليل من القلق النفسي لديهمم،كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي باستخدام اداة الاستبيان،كما تمثل المجتمع الأصلي المسحوب من العينة وكان مجتمع بحثنا تلاميذ البكالوريا والمقدر عددهم بـ1175تلميذ مأخوذة من الثانويات بولاية عنابة ،كما تم اختيار العينة عشوائيا لأنها تعطي فرص متكافئة لجميع أفراد المجتمع،على مستوى ثانويات بلدية الحجار ولاية عنابة وقد بلغ عدد الاستمارات الموزعة 336لكن تم قبول سوى308استمارة وذلك لان البقية13استمارات ملغية و 15لم نتحصل عليها، تبين من تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها في هذه الدراسة أن التربية البدنية والرياضية لها تأثير في تخفيف نسبة القلق النفسي لدى تلاميذ البكالوريا أثناء الحصة وخارج أوقاتها، لهذا لابد من معرفة أن حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لها دور في تخفيف القلق النفسي لدى تلاميذ البكالوريا.

تأثير جائحة كورونا على اتجاهات المرأة نحو ممارسة الترويح الرياضي

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات المرأة نحو الترويح الرياضي في ظل جائحة كورونا، ولهذا الغرض استخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، على عينة قوامها (115) امرأة ممارسة للترويح الرياضي داخل القاعة تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي، ولجمع البيانات استخدم الباحثان الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة. و بعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات أكدت النتائج على أن اتجاهات المرأة نحو ممارسة الترويح الرياضي في ظل جائحة كورونا ايجابية. The study aimed to identify women's attitudes towards sports recreation in light of the Corona pandemic, and for this purpose, the researchers used the descriptive approach, on a sample of (115) women practicing sports recreation inside the hall, who were chosen randomly, and to collect data, the researchers used the questionnaire as a study tool. And after statistical processing of the data, the results confirmed that women's attitudes towards sports recreation in light of the Corona pandemic are positive.

Enhancing Sociolinguistic Competence Through Stylistic Devices: The Case of Mostaganem University Students

Résumé: ABSTRACT For many years,learningEnglishlanguagehasalwaysbeenbasedongrammarstructure and concrete knowledge. However, in the contemporary field of foreign languages, learning English is based on acquiring linguistic, communicative and sociolinguistic competencies.Therefore,thisresearchpaperwasundertakentoinvestigatethe effectiveness of figurative language on the development of students’ sociolinguistic competence. The present paper endeavors to elicit what makes learners competent in a foreign language-learning context by using figures of speech and other cultural references to meet the demands of modern EFL classrooms .For this purpose, a questionnaire was handed to a random selected teachers and students, both of them belong to Didactics and Applied Linguistics and Sociolinguistics branch in the department of English at Mostaganem University to check if teachers have knowledge about sociolinguistic competence, and if students recognize them , and manage to transfer them to the Arabic language. Sometimes, the connotative meaning of the image may hinder the actual interpretation of the statements. The final results have highlighted the crucial role of teachers in integrating different teaching approaches and activities in order to promote EFL students’ sociolinguistic competence through the use of stylistic devices.

الملخص: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل التفاعل غير اللفظي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للتعليم المتوسط في المرحلة التحضيرية من الحصة، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (10) أساتذة اختيروا بطريقة قصدية، كما تم استخدام شبكة ملاحظة السلوك غير اللفظي كأداة للدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن السلوكيات غير اللفظية الصادرة عن الأساتذة تختلف باختلاف متغير الخبرة في حين أن الاختصاص المدرس ليس له تأثير على السلوكيات غير اللفظية الصادرة عن الأساتذة. ABSTRACT The study aimed at analyzing the non-verbal interaction of middle school teachers of P.E physical education and sport during the preparatory session. The two researchers have used the descriptive analytical method, through regular observation of the teaching behavior between the teacher and the student .The sample of the study was (10) teachers who were selected in an intentional way, by using the observation grid as a tool of study. The study concluded that the teacher’s non- verbal behaviors differ according to their experiences, while the teacher’s specialization or the taught branch has no effect on the non- verbal behaviors of the teachers

الملخص: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير بعض القدرات البدنية في تحسين مهارة التصويب الجانبي لدى ناشئي كرة السلة بنادي الميناء في محافظة عدن. أظهر البرنامج التدريبي ، تأثير بعض القدرات البدنية تاثيراً ايجابياً على تحسن في بعض القدرات المهارية قيد البحث (التصويب الجانبي من خارج القوس،) , و توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (Α≤0.05)، بين القياس القبلي، والقياس البعدي، في القدرات المهارية قيد البحث (التصويب الجانبي من خارج القوس،) the research aims to identify the effect of some physical abilities in improving the lateral shooting skill of basketball youth from al-mina club governorate in Aden. الملخص: من خلال محاولة دراسة صلاحية نموذج تأثير أبعاد التسويق الالكتروني للأندية الرياضية المحترفة في ولاء الجمهور الرياضي للعلامة التجارية ، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات المقياس ومدى صلاحيته لقياس الظاهرة المدروسة في الدراسة الاستطلاعية ، تم تطبيق المقياس في شكل استبيان الكتروني على عينة قوامها 384 مناصر تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية لأندية مولودية الجزائر، اتحاد الجزائر ، نصر حسين داي ، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية بأسلوب نمذجة المعادلة البنائية بطريقة المربعات الصغرية الجزئية توصل الباحث الى وجود تأثير معنوي لأبعاد محتوى الاعلان الالكتروني الاثارة والمعلومات في ولاء الجمهور الرياضي للعلامة التجارية وعدم معنوية بعدي الامتاع والمصداقية. By attempting to study the validity of the model of the impact of dimensions of electronic marketing for professional sports clubs on the sports audience's brand loyalty, the researcher used a descriptive methodology that suited the nature of the research. After ensuring the validity and reliability of the scale and its suitability for measuring the phenomenon studied in the survey, the scale was applied in the form of an electronic questionnaire to a purposive sample of 384 supporters selected from MC Alger, USM Alger, and NASR Hussein Dey clubs. After performing statistical analysis using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, the researcher found a significant impact of the dimensions of electronic advertising content, namely excitement and information, on the sports audience's brand loyalty, but no significant impact of entertainment and credibility dimensions

الملخص: الملخص: تستكشف هذه الدراسة أهمية الألعاب الترفيهية والشبه الرياضية في تعزيز التنمية النفسية والاجتماعية للأطفال، من وجهة نظر قادة الكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية، وقد استنتجت الدراسة أن الآباء لهم رغبة كبيرة لانخراط أولادهم في النوادي والجمعيات التي من شأنها تحقيق الأهداف السامية المرجوة في شخصية الطفل، كما أن برامج قادة الكشافة الإسلامية تعتمد بشكل كبير على ممارسة الألعاب الشبه الرياضية والترويحية في تحقيق تلك الجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية لدى الطفل. ABSTRACT: This study explores the significance of recreational and semisporting games in fostering the psychosocial development of children, as perceived by leaders within the Algerian Islamic Scouts. The study concluded that parents have a strong desire to involve their children in clubs and associations that can achieve the desired noble goals in the child's personality. Additionally, the programs of the Algerian Islamic Scouts' leaders heavily rely on engaging in semisporting and recreational games to achieve those psychological and social aspects in the child.

Level of Mental Health among Adolescents practicing Sports Activities (14-15years)

Résumé: The study aims to know the level of mental health among Adolescents practicing Sports Activities in the city of Souk Ahras-Algeria, where the sample included 81 teenagers (male and female), which practicing individual and collective sports, using the descriptive method, also using Said Yusuf's (2017) mental health scale. After confirming its psychometric properties, the data are also treated by the social science's statistical software package SPSS25. The results indicate that the level of mental health among Adolescents practicing Sports Activities is medium, we should take care about our mental health by exercising sports in all its forms.
